Returns & Refunds (Defective Items or Incorrect Orders Only)
We do not accept returns or refunds for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, differences in expectations, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes.
Returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

Opened items are generally not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (defect, damage, or incorrect shipment), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please follow the return method instructed by us.
We may not reimburse shipping costs incurred through unapproved return methods.

We do not offer exchanges.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
