Shipping Fees

Domestic shipping (Japan): Flat rate ¥600
Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000.

International shipping rates vary depending on the product type, weight, and destination country/region.
Please check the shipping fee displayed at checkout before completing your order.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Business Days

Our business days are weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
We do not process shipments or respond to inquiries on weekends or public holidays.

Processing Time (Before Shipment)

Orders will be shipped within the following timeframes after confirmation:

Shipping within Japan: Ships within 4–7 business days
International shipping: Ships within 4–10 business days

Business days refer to weekdays excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time (After Shipment)

Delivery time varies depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, transportation delays, and customs clearance.

After shipment, you can track your package using the tracking number (if provided).

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
If a tracking number is available, it will be included in the email.

Shipping Delays

In some cases, shipment may be delayed due to stock availability, system issues, severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier congestion.
If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible only before shipment.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may be charged to the customer.
